1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition. By placing an order, you affirm that you are of legal age and not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms, ammunition, or accessories.

All firearms sales are conducted in strict compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968 and other applicable laws. Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer. You are responsible for providing a valid FFL dealer at checkout.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.
All prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping, insurance, or applicable taxes.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, compliance issues, or inventory discrepancies.

4. Firearms Shipments

Firearms are shipped only to valid FFL dealers. The buyer must arrange transfer with a licensed dealer and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
The FFL dealer will conduct a background check before transferring the firearm. Firearms cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all firearm laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Ammunition and Magazine Restrictions

We comply with all state and local restrictions regarding ammunition and magazine capacity. Orders containing restricted items will be canceled and refunded.
We do not ship ammunition to states or municipalities that prohibit direct consumer sales, including (but not limited to) certain areas of California, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, all firearm, ammunition, and serialized item sales are final.
Non-serialized items (e.g., accessories, apparel) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

7. Limitation of Liability
